Wild macro variations

Hi I am new to keto and am learning about tracking my macros. I have used mfp for several years to calorie track and can see how you can use it to track net carbs by subtracting fibre from carb count. I also just started using KetoDiet app and have found the macros vary hugely. I know mfp can be unreliable but I double check results that don’t look right. Any idea why I would have such different results and what should I do - I’m getting more confused. I followed the KetoDiet app yesterday for macros and have kicked myself out of ketosis.

Best to find one way that works for you and stick to it rather than switching because, as you’re finding out, there’s a lot of conflicting info around. I doubt anyone will be able to advise on the workings of KetoDiet app as that is unrelated to this forum.

Also, please keep in mind, every single calculator is just a guide and none of them will be able to say for sure what will work for you and your body; only you can figure that out by paying attention to your body and learning to listen to what it is telling you.
