Why my progress stopped?

#1

Hi there everyone.

This is my 10 day on Keto. Well at first everything was fine. I experienced regular weight loss (except those days when I ate too much calories and carbs, but the progress just stopped for a day, I did not gain weight).
But now I do not feel apetite. Like at all. I do not want any foods that I can eat. This is my third day of no-apetite.
And on these days my progress stopped completely.
Is this because I did not reached my daily goal of calories, fat, carbs and protein? I did not reach any of them. Yesterday I had 800 calories, when I need to get more than 1300, and still - not even a gram off this morning.

And please excuse me - English is not my first language

First of congrats on losing weight! Then remember weightloss is not always going to be the same, someday you lose more, some days you even will weigh more than the day before. The scale doesn’t just weigh fat but fluids and food that is in you too.
If your not hungry, don’t eat. You will get hungry again, and then eat your healthy keto foods.
If you still haven’t lost after a couple weeks then maybe change things up but for now I would not worry.
Keep Calm, Keto On!

Your initial loss was stored glycogen, not fat. It is the necessary first step in fat loss. A normal rate of fat loss is one to two pounds per week averaged over a long time. Take body measurements to better track progress and don’t weigh yourself for the next month. Don’t eat unless hungry, you’ll burn more body fat that way.

Wow, thanks. I lost 3 kg in these 10days, so I asume that was it.
I will take your advise and do not weight myself, I’ll measure instead

So few days ago I made this post about progress stop. And I’m happy to tell, that today, on my 14th day of keto I had lost 5 kg, more than 4 cm of my waist (I did not measured in the beggining, only 4 days ago) and I am finally not overweight based on bmi. This is very fragile victory, because I am only 2 weeks in, but it’s a victory! So happy!!
