A little bit about myself, I am a recovering type 2 diabetic and have been following this way of life for three years. I think I am in the best health I have ever been in. I have read, followed, consumed every bit of information that I can get my hands on.
What I love about the dudes is that they are regular living people that fall down and pick them self back up again. They follow the diet much like I do, like a Practice always striving to get better. Each week can be a good week or not so good week but they come clean and keto on. We are not all perfect and all fall down from time to time. The key to keto is to make it a lifestyle and strive for strong keto 90 to 95% of the time. It is ok to be human and enjoy life!
