Why do we crave pumpkin spice?

I bought clove tea once…I think it was in Peru. My mom used to season beef with cloves before frying, and I still do it that way sometimes.

You can also buy Pumpkin spice flavoring (look for it where you find baking extracts), that you can add to your pot of coffee to increase the pumpkin spice flavor.
