Why do I stink

Hey,
I was using a body mist from nike but my skin use to itch after a while then my friend suggested me to use a body mist from Nyassa bath and body works as it is made from 100% natural ingredients and is lighter than perfumes and has a unique fragrance other than other mists. Plus it does not irritate my skin.Nyassa body mist

After three months of Keto with IF/EF and 30 lbs lost, this has just started happening to me this week. It’s kinda funny because I look better than ever and my husband keeps trying to get close to me. I’m all ā€˜stand back, I reek!’ LOL

So, time to decrease protein and raise fats?

It should go away, not so sure though on my acetone breath! A friend told me I smelled like motor oil haha

I had that odor problem the first few months… I agree I think it’s related to the all the bad stuff you’re body is finally able to get rid of (and that smell does come back a bit even now when I’m actually shedding fat – not so much when I’m just plugging along on a plateau). MY SOLUTION – nothing NOTHING would cut that stink until I made my own deodorant out of coconut oil and baking soda. Rub that on anywhere you want – completely safe, non-irritating (to most), and cheap. Once I started using that, no more problems. Doesn’t stain & build up dark areas on your clothes the way commercial products do. You can even mix in a few drops of some kind of nice smelling essential oil if you want to. This recipe – http://www.theprairiehomestead.com/2012/12/diy-coconut-oil-deodorant.html – gives exact measurements if you like following a recipe (and adds other ingredients too) – but I just use the two ingredients, and my recipe is just ā€œkeep adding the baking soda to the coconut oil until I like the consistencyā€ (no measuring if I can help it).

Does anyone have suggestions that work to eliminate the odor?

Im almost 2 months into Keto and I have developed a HORRIBLE body odor. It really really makes me self conscious at work and I hate feeling like Im assaulting peoples noses with my stench!

Me too! I’m so embarrass. Wonder if its a special kind of bath to take. I really don’t want to lower my protein intake.
