Well, pretty much what everyone above said, and more than likely, what those below will say! 
Actually, I do like to eat good foods and though I’ve never been a dieter per se, I can’t image any diet out there that allows for so much freedom and creativity with your meals. And the major bonus that I find, is that I can eat the way I’ve always wanted to. Meaning, being able to choose from OMAD (One meal a day) IMAD (Two meals a day) or simply fasting. (Sadly I’ve actually been eating this type of eating style for quite the many years, but when the foods I was eating for that once/twice a day, wasn’t Keto Friendly, you get a totally different outcome )
In all honesty, I can pretty much say that this WOE is something I’ve always wanted, but just never knew about.
