I have a pretty hefty bike ride to and from work, and I love it. I’ve noticed that when it’s rainy or life happens and I drive, the scale will drop that day. Is there a reason for this? I won’t be giving up my ride, but I find it curious…
Thanks!
Why do I lose lbs faster when I don’t exercise?

Because your body is under less stress so can get on with what it wants to do.

No idea. I find just the opposite results. My best weigh in days are after a long run day or (like this morning) after a day where I was physically active all day long working on my landscaping.

Our muscles recover from exercise by holding on to water. This can cause an increase on the scale and this is why I only weigh every other week.

I find that as much as I think I know the answers, or learn the answers as to why my body gains or loses weight… I find out that I know nothing John Snow.
