Don’t they get it, he’s pretty much doing OMAD (Like I have for over year), and eating enough to fuel his engine. Why is food such a threat, why are people always up in your face pushing the Feeding Tube mentality of Six Meals a day, makes no sense. I think all of this is pretty obvious but ill say it anyway, it makes perfect sense for their agenda, they arent in the business to make u healthy, thats ur job, all they want is ur benjamins. Where people fail these days is to not incorporate child like thinking and just accept what ever is thrown at you. Question everything and always ask urself why should i be doing this or that, its ur life that someone else tries to control, its up to you if ull let em.
