I’m in my 2nd week of keto and have a question. If it’s getting later say 7 or 8 o’clock and I haven’t had a chance to eat because of work or what not and I’m hungry, is it better to eat that late or skip it and go to bed hungry because it’s getting so late. I usually get up around 5:30a to 6a and have breakfast usually within 30 to 45 minutes of waking because I’m typically hungry in the mornings. Thanks for you help!

If your hungry, eat fat! In the morning if your not hungry, don’t eat! Simple!!!
I can’t sleep when hungry, but I wouldn’t eat much that close to lights out, or I would’ve too full to sleep well…
And breakfast is something I miss most days.
In the first few weeks IMHO you should eat to your macros at very least and then eat fat until satiated as long as there are no bad results. You need to get things moving along, in my case soon I started to not eat breakfast as I was not hungry and with in a month I started to work out every morning. I started to IF unknowingly mainly because I was not hungry then(mornings) I began to cut fat %. around 6 weeks. I tend to eat when hungry, if I eat before bed I often wake up with lots of energy 4-5 hours after eating so I try not to be hungry at night via planing. In my case that is 4 am, once I was keto adapted I have cut about an hour out of sleeping and wake up around 5:30. So for planing I have feeding window of 12-6 and that seems to work real well, for me, the delay is about 4 hours for LCT (animal fat) and about 1 hour for MCT(coconut oil), butter is like crack and I can feel results in minutes nowadays. I am 6 months in and fat adapted, give it some time be patient. The is no reason to starve or hold calories on this way of eating.
