Yes, it is a screenshot. But I did subscribe to their yearly plan… almost a year ago. I’m not up on their latest pricing structure.
I set my macros in grams. There is a place for minimum and maximum for about everything imaginable.

Do you know if Stupid Simple Keto tracks total or net carbs? I can’t find the answer anywhere.
I just installed the Chrome script on Windows and there is a problem. The Net Carbs column just show NaN (not a number) except in the daily totals where there is a number. Here is a screen capture:
Has anyone else seen this issue?
Thanks
Would that be the Cronometer that is 3.99? I downloaded the free one but can’t see where ketones or other biometrics (except weight) can be tracked
Also see another version, a “gold” cronometer
Thx
I don’t use an app. It’s too much trouble and it ties you to your comp or phone like a monkey on your back. No thanks.
Let’s face it. Most of us eat the same foods regularly. Within a short time of tracking we know the nutrient content of our meals. I kept a small notebook where I wrote the carb, protein, and fat values of my common ingredients. After a few months I scarcely had to look in it any more.
I use My Keto
It’s pretty good and free. I put in my goal percentages for macros and it tracks each day giving me totals as well as a pie chart. I like it. It tracks weight but not ketones or other health markers.
Hard to find an app that does everything.
Do not track often but another vote for Cronometer. I get the micronutrients free because I signed up through Mercola months ago.
They have an app but it is not free so have not bothered. When I log in food it is on the computer at night. Most of what I eat does not come in a box so have not used the scan
I know this is an old topic, but hopefully this will help someone. What I’ve found works for MFP is to enter Net Carbs as Total Carbs when I input food.
Cronometer is best for my purpose. Tracks many nutrients. Shows net carbs. Customizable.
I am a newby so firstly, Hi everyone…I have MFP installed and have seen the above comments about the extension…I am able to get to it through here only…It has all my data so that’s fine but I just don’t seem to be able to make it my go to app…Any suggestions…
@Jessica Hi! Sorry if this seems a silly question, but how did you get the pie charts at the bottom underneath the totals table of your screen shot? Thanks!
Carb Manager. I don’t really tack anymore but when i did, I found it very useful. I entered the exact Macros and calories recommended for me. Also i could create recipes. That was great for fat bombs and BPC.
I love Cronometer. I enjoyed using it for months only to find that their food database didn’t seem as robust as MFP, which is what I currently use. That said, if you are eating mostly non-packaged foods, having access to a larger food database is not as important as being able to better track net carbs, electrolytes and other reporting tools that come with Cronometer. I’m thinking about switching back.
