This video might give you some ideas =).

The other things you could try are:

  1. a Water Fast for 72 hours, only drink water, black tea and coffee, no food, no calories.

  2. an egg fast -where you only eat eggs, and butter for 5 days.

  3. a ground beef and butter fast, you have 2 meals a day of just that.

Also, it is better to keep to 2 or 3 meals only a day, with no snacking, and make sure you keep the carbs always before 20 net grams of carbs or less if you can. I eat lunch at 1pm and supper at 4:30 and no eating any calories daily from 5pm until 1pm the next day for a 20:4 IF -this is 20 hours fasting a day.

Best wishes for breaking the plateau =).

So I’m now on to supplements I dont have a gallbladder and may have a fatty liver so I chose to purchase Choline that also contains Insitol, and I purchased Berberine. I have not taken them in the same day as I just bought them, but since I was cramping bad in beginning I also bought and am taking Magnesium 250 mg , and potassium Gluconate equivalent to 99 mg of potassium. Does anyone know if taking these all in the same day is ok? Should I take some and not others? Dr Berg is where I got advice on berberine and choline. If all are ok do I need to take them at separate times during the day? I Could not find a site for these specific supplements that says if they can or cant be taken together. A couple of other things …I also just purchased a complete B vitamin complex in sublingual liquid form that I intend to use when it arrives. So again does anyone know if it’s ok? Thank You. I Am NOT diabetic and have been at a plateau or same weight almost a month …if my timing is correct. So that’s why I’m thinking the supplements that are not magnesium and potassium may help.

If you want quick relief from leg cramps, drink pickle juice, it works every time within 30 seconds or less.

A few tiny sips and it’s gone!
