I live in the southern U.S. and culturally we love our pork.
Over here we have the rinds but also cracklin, which often has more fat attached but is still crunchy.
Funny, on Keto I almost crave rinds and/or cracklin but on Carnivore my tastes alter. I still like them but seldom eat them.
I would love to try ocvirki in your country, though. I haven’t travelled outside the U.S. in years, since military service. I really want to travel and experience other cultures and lands (and foods) as a civilian. When I was military I made a point of trying the local food and drink wherever I went and I never regretted that part of it. Regretted a lot of other stuff but not that!
I’ve even considered going ex-pat when I retire and living where the wind takes me.
