Iā€™m so glad to see microcommunities of ketoians pop up.

Weā€™ve even started having a few get togethers at our place.

Thinking and talking about throwing a mini keto fest pot luck meat up in the winter to get everyone together when it isnā€™t hot and humid to death outside.

Probably have about 20 people interested so far and havenā€™t even advertised the idea.

Iā€™ll be sure to pass that info on if the plan progresses.
