Monday weekly report: Finished week 29 on Keto. I am back to losing, I lost 1.2lbs for the week, and my total now is 81,2lbs. I have 28.4lbs to go to reach my goal. Even though I have been up and down this month, I still have lost 2.4lbs in the month of October. Working out at Golds Gym 3 to 4 times a week, working muscles I didn’t know I have, sore but I think this will be the way to go, as well as continuing to walk every day if I can. This slow down has caused me to be more patient and learn what it means to really “Keep Calm and KETO on!!” Continue to pray for the grace to understand the mystery of my body and food addictions. I have a problem with patience too, but I remember a mantra I heard elsewhere: Do the do-things.
If your muscles are sore after exercise, make sure you stretch after. Maybe a trainer at the gym can help you develop a 10-minute stretch routine. There are lots of resources online too.
