When you go out to a restaurant, where do you go and what do you eat?

Have gone to a pizza place and asked for it as an unpizza without the dough, and I have also ordered pasta that way with extra veggies.

Some places will let you order roman leafs in stead of tortilla for fajita and some sandwich place do this too instead of buns.

Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want and how, you are the one eating it and paying for it. Also, like one of my friends stated when you order a burger or sandwich without the bun you can explain to them how much more they are really making for as profit.

Hope this help, and have a good time on your trip.

Outback is super easy to do Keto. I’ll get the ribeye, have them add extra butter on top, broccoli (with extra butter), and a salad with no croutons. My carb indulgence is the 1000 island dressing, but I still remain under 20 net even with the broccoli.

If you know on a pretty basic level what’s good and what’s bad you can find something to eat almost anywhere. Grilled meats without sugary glazes are good. Salads are ok without croutons and with most dressings. A hamburger with no bun is surprisingly good if there’s nothing else on the menu. Steamed and grilled vegetables with a special request for extra butter is an easy side.

If you could post a menu from a place you’ll likely eat at I bet we could pick out a tone of stuff you can eat there.

Went out for my birthday dinner a few weeks ago and we all had a delicious dinner. Everyone ordered the prime rib, which came w/salad and 2 sides. Since all the adults were on keto, we all ordered 2 vegetable sides and asked for some melted butter. We did forego the Pizzookies which came with the meal. We asked our server to give them to other patrons.

Keto heaven!!!
:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Just ignore the side dishes they bring to the table. Salad bar is pretty nice with all the cheeses.

Steakhouses, BBQ Places, most places with meat.

Any steakhouse, minus the potato. Ask for veggies or for a salad.

The world would be a much better place if there were even more steakhouses. :steakcake:
