When you dont like salty drinks

$8 for 1000 empty pills.
One old rice krispies box used as a pill holder
One tiny funnel
Himalayan Pink Salt

No more salty beverages!

Be careful with Himalaya pink salt, yes it has many good minerals your body needs but it doesn’t contain enough iodine to keep a healthy thyroid.

You are WAY more patient than me! Buy you’ll get the trace minerals out of it so that’s good. I use these to fill gapps

I put the intended amount of salt (combo of Na+ and K+) in a glass. Usually about 1/4 teaspoon. I put as little water as possible to get the salt to dissolve. I then chug it and follow with a large chaser of regular water. I’m with @Ifod14, I don’t have the patience to fill the pills.

Thank you for this suggestion. Sometimes you get tired of drinking salt water. Just ordered some.

They make iodized sea salt now, I just picked up a cylinder of it at Walmart.

I mix it with the Himalayan salt.
