… and realize you don’t really like most of them, lol.
Or they are too big. Which is a different problem because I hate shopping.
I have a big bag going to the charity bin.
Slow and steady!

I have way too many clothes still that are way too big for me. My previous history of yo-yo weight has taught me not to get rid of the “big” clothes. But nearly 3 years slim now and still rock solid carni I think it is time for a MAJOR clear out.
Thank you for jogging my thinking.
Yeah… I still have a few options one size up in both summer and winter, but anything larger is going or already gone.
Have fun!
I have empty drawers. Which is a little confusing in the morning before I’m awake.
I kept a suit with 43 inch waist pants for a long time. (Most of my pants have 34 inch waist.) I got rid of it when I realized it was taking up space. And when I took some others to get taken in, they couldn’t take them in because they can only go a few inches at most.
Still too scared to get rid of my larger clothes and still not yet where I want to be eventually. Only getting rid of things I dislike and would not want to wear regardless.
One of my friends who lost 100 lbs, took a dress I had bought when I was a little larger (she used to be larger than me but now is smaller) but I did not like, never wore because it was not cut for me and forgot to return. She had her seamstress cut it down and alter it and it looked amazing on her.
I rarely bother with anything expensive and most of my clothing does not have a fixed waist (more leggings, sweats and shorts). I can still wear some except for the biggest pieces although every once in a while I have a pair of pants that after I leave the house I find I cannot put my phone in my pocket because it starts falling off. I keep meaning to clear out those pants or put them away in case the weight gain happens.
I don’t need work clothes so going to business dress events is a struggle (such as baby and bridal showers and the very rare business dinner), everything I own is either too fancy or too casual
As for fancy clothes, I tend to buy things tight with the idea that they will fit better as I lose weight (always did this, bought the smallest size that I could close, just how I am) so I end up getting a lot of wear out of them as I am losing
