I have been on the Keto diet for 3 weeks. I have been very strict, no more than 20 g of carbs a day. Drinking lots of water. Eating plenty of fats. I had muscle aches and upped my salt and started taking magnesium and potassium supplements which has fixed that problem. However, I still have the brain fog. I’m having trouble concentrating and staying focused. According to the Keto stix, I am in deep ketosis. I am getting better sleep. When will this brain fog go away?

It can take several weeks. Give it at least another month before giving up. Once your metabolism has fully adjusted to handling fat and ketone bodies, you should notice a real difference.
