When to check ketones

Generally speaking is it recommended to check ketones at only one point per day or should you check throughout the day? Do ketones tend to be higher at a specific time? I’ve just been checking morning levels but is it recommended to check also after eating? IDK how often is normal or if it’s normal for them to fluctuate throughout the day. BTW generally speaking ketones have been around 1.0 or so in the morning

I used to check in the morning only. Once fat adapted it is less useful to do.
