When I cheat on Keto I’m not hungry . Weirdest thing

Anyone have maybe an answer for this: when I cheat or get kicked out of Keto I eat less, sure I’m having carbs but I don’t eat as much as I would in the past- I feel full super quick. The weirdest thing is when I eat carbs I can eat one thing and not be hungry the rest of the day. What could be the cause of this ?

Sounds like your metabolism is flexible. Some people flip in and out of ketosis pretty easily.

Same here - I got into some trail mix and was full for the first time in six months!

Agreed, you’re hitting the holy grail of metabolic flexibility. Now when you eat carbs… you just burn them, your body doesn’t over react, then crash and burn. Just burn them off and back into ketosis you go. Just remember though, getting to the point of flexibility between the two worlds can help rationalize doing stupid things. Always keep your head.

Yes - you don’t have a symptom of not being fat adapted (but you can have the symptom back if you want with some work :grinning: ).
