When and why should i fast

Don’t worry about fasting until you are a good few weeks or months into keto :).

Up to you…many good reasons to but I fast daily from dinner ( 6 pm) until noon the next day to keep insulin low for fat loss, cell regeneration, to stave off Alzheimer’s, cancer, etc. I also do longer mini fasts sometimes. I call them " personalized modified fasts". I have to eat a little cause I take pain meds but it’ll just be celery stick or broth or cheese stick.

When… when you want to, when it suits your schedule. You don’t have to. It has numerous potential benefits, but you still don’t have to.

Why… because of the numerous potential benefits as have already been linked to above. Some of thos may be more important to you that others.
