OK… I was thinking as long as it fits with my 20 carbs per day it was ok… I only ate one.
What about homeade pumpkin bread with coconut flour, swerve etc… its a keto recipe and only 3 carbs per slice?
Thanks! KIM

All great info and thoughts… I will keep at it and try and see how this week goes… its so hard to kbow if I am eating enough calories or too many!! I am measuring also to help me see progress. I just knew the scale would go down because I felt skinnier this morning but it didn’t… exactly same as yesterday… but thats ok… I feel good.
Let your body tell you.
I ate an awful lot at first, because it really did take a lot to stop me from being hungry. Also, I was still judging portion size by my old sugar-burning standards—and perhaps my body needed that much, as well.
But one day, in the middle of a meal . . . I had enough. For a boy who was used to stuffing his stomach to the literal bursting point and still being hungry, it was a startling experience. I mean, I still had food on my plate! It was my first experience of what real satiety felt like, and over the past twelve months, the signal has only gotten stronger.
Mind you, I still have to deal with sugar/carb cravings, but that’s not real hunger. Now that I know what the difference is, it’s easier to ignore the cravings (usually).
Got it… thats pretty much what I have been doing… eat when hungry! Most days I just have coffee with 2 tbls heavy cream and don’t eat anything until 12 or 1… my pattern has been eat then, snack on cheese and meat then dinner… maybe a snack after maybe not…
pounds finally moving… so fingers crossed keeps going! Thanks so much!
It doesn’t happen that fast unless you have a lot of it to lose. You don’t give your height, but very few folks who start at 160 drop 10 lbs in a week. Maybe 5-6 this month. Maybe.
