What vitamins to get?

Dunno where else to post this.

Besides the vitamins from food, what vitamin pills should I be taking? I take 2 Vita Fusion Multi Vites (gummie form) from Costco per day, I take 4 Kirklands Wild Alaskan Whole Fish Oil from Costco per day, I take 1 Jamieson Vitamin D pill from Thriftys per day. Any others I need to be taking? Been taking fish oil and multi vites for a few months, just started the Vitamin D.

I guess this sounds quite old-fashioned but I would only take a vitamin or mineral supplement if there was a diagnosed deficiency and it wasn’t easily compensated with dietary interventions.

Every vitamin on earth is in grass fed (NON-GMO & NON-HORMONE TREATED) livestock organ meats and raw vegetables!

Man made supplements do not get into your cells like organic vegetation and livestock!

I prefer frozen veggies even if you get fewer nutrients with it. I’m not trying to be all hardcore, so i’ll go the easier route.

I hear magnesium is a good one to take.

Food first, adjust your diet to get what you need from the food you eat - only supplement as a last resort if needed. Any mass produced pill is going to be made from fake vitamins (chemicals) that can not readily be absorbed by your body so just a waste of money.

Exactly “a waste of money”

I take magnesium, vitamin D (I don’t get outside much), and a multi for everything else.

Thanks guys.

I wonder about those gummies. How much sugar? I take magnesium, potassium and a multivitamin just in case.
