Hey All - first let me start by the fact that I love this forum! Everyone has been awesome!

Dilemma - woke up 1.2 lbs heavier, starving and been exhausted all day!!! I have been tracking all my food intake and did not change anything except tried a keto mug cake that I threw out because it was gross.

Any ideas for the change?!

Or it could just be a complete fluke. Try again tomorrow?

Don’t weigh every day, just every once in a while. Your body weight can fluctuate up to, I believe it is 4lbs per day, just due to water weight changes that naturally occur in your body.

Yeah I totally agree. I would weigh once a week or I would drive myself mad with the scale.
