I don’t see anything wrong with it. They’re giving some pretty helpful advice:
Experiment by using less sugar when you bake. Most cakes will work even if the sugar in the recipe is halved.
Surely even Dr. Fung would approve of a sensible approach like this. Everyone knows diabetics need cake! … 
Is this is an insulin manufacturer by any chance???

This reminds me of the nutritionist I was sent to when I developed gestational diabetes years ago…she pulled out a standard food pyramid chart and I knew immediately I couldn’t trust her advice! Thankfully I already had knowledge of low carb eating or I could have ended up on insulin

My visiting nurse told me about 2 Keto Dudes podcasts etc. after he asked me if I was familiar wih the ketogenic diet, and I had told him that it had cured our grandson’s epilepsy. He told me he had to tell me on the down low, after the official visit was over, because it was not approved by the hospital or the Diabetic Association.
Yeah, they’re too busy peddling Novo-Nordisk’s products!
