I’m just wondering, if a 1/2 tsp of ‘salt’ weighs 2 grams, but only contains 1g of sodium, what’s in the other gram? Could it be potentially something we don’t need? Or some of us don’t need? For example, I’m prescribed losartan and have to be careful about too much potassium. Could the salt be giving me too much?
