I eat a lot of eggs. Have to watch though because they’re small and easy to go overboard with.
Mix with cream, salt and pepper, scramble and then add extra mature cheddar on top. Or I’ll just boil them, add salt and pepper and butter and beat them together in a cup. Mostly I eat salad, ham, cheese and eggs. I struggle to eat a lot of keto food.

My go to meals have changed since I started KETO. Right now…Just a big @ss steak with salt! I’ve been been having that the last 10 days. Eggs are definitely an everyday thing. I’m plant free right now for the unforeseeable future.

I get bored easily so not an every day thing, but I am very much enjoying my ground beef with a bit of low carb marinara, ricotta, and some mozzarella and parmesan- basically a noodle less ziti. So so so good
I’m histamine intolerant, so my variety is limited. I would love to be able to eat cheeses, sour cream…

I make a “keto” soup with cumin, heavy cream, water, chili powder and shredded cheese - delicious.
I heat up a couple tablespoons of butter or olive oil and add a few table spoons of red of green curry paste (Thai Kitchen – in the Asian section of the grocery store), then just add a can of coconut milk, some chicken broth. You can add some fish sauce if you have it, or not. A squeeze of lime. Some meat and whatever veggies you like – cabbage works well. Add salt and cayenne to taste. If you’re feeling fancy, add chopped cilantro at the end. It’s so good!

Yes, I think so. You’ll just need to taste it along the way to see if you need more salt or spice (and sour – lime juice or a splash of vinegar). Make sure to add the curry powder to your hot butter or oil in the pan. That will help to release the flavors. Please let me know how it turns out!
Whatever meat is on clearance at the store. I found filets the other day for about 2 bucks a steak. Finding clearance steaks are my best weeks. I can always find ground beef on clearance. I like to make a low carb meatloaf with it if I have time, if not a quick burger patty on chaffles or make it with homemade taco seasoning with sour cream, cheese, and salsa. I also like smoked sausage ( I know it processed, but it’s low carb and good).
You sound just like me . I ate ground beef every night for 6 days. Got a bit sick of it. Now onto chicken drumsticks with the skins baked in an oven. I eat eggs every single day. They are so easy yet filling
