It’s not the same kind of sugar crash when I slept for an hour or 2 and felt groggy when i wake up.
I suddenly get tired like the old way but only 20-30 minute nap and i snap right out of it feeling great and back to normal.
i don’t enjoy this at all because i feel like i have lost control of my body by needing a nap like this.
is my insulin going up?
it doesn’t happen every day and takes effect almost immediately to 1/2 hour after eating.
