I’m having a particularly bad day for cravings and I limit sweeteners to maybe a drop of stevia a day if necessary, but I’m dying and made some cookies. I’ve heard its not good to use sweeteners too much. How much is too much? Thanks. I miss chocolate today:(
What is a reasonble amount of "sweetener"
Sweeteners are not a problem unless they cause you problems
I have Sweetener grape flavored drinks all day long and have no problems
Don’t be afraid to experiment its how you find out your tolerances

A craving for sweet can be an indication of you being low in potassium.
Just a possibility.
That said, if a keto friendly sweet treat will help get you through, it’s better than resorting to real sugar. Some really do have a problem with sweet tastes from most any source while others really don’t have the same triggers.
Wishing you the best as you figure stuff out.
I have issues with sweeteners but i don’t see why you can’t have a dessert when you want one. There’s nothing inherently harmful to keto health from stevia or erythritol. Some people get an insulin response, if they’re really insulin resistant, it might be a big insulin response and stall weight loss. Only way to know is to monitor your response. No sense depriving yourself of antioxidant rich chocolate if you don’t have to. I ate a ton around Christmas and it didn’t set me back. Just didn’t lose weight for a week
Dude I eat a tonne of dark chocolate 85% dark or more.
make sure choose lowest in sugar Mine has 4%percent and the lowest in carbs preferably made from cacao you will be fine…
