I’m not an expert but I believe you’ll just get really full. I’ll eat like 280g of fat some days. And others I’ll got 90. Just make sure your keeping your carbs under 20ish and hitting your protein macro.

They are helpful to some, especially when you are just starting/ detoxing. But I hear you. A lot of extra non-essential intake and the worst offender: can trigger cravings for the sugar demon. I made Brenda’s chocolate PB bars on Sunday (delicious btw) and went a little (lot) overboard with serving size. But I cut the remaining ones up and put in freezer to be dispensed one at a time from now on. We have to know our own bodies and what helps us work toward our goals vs sabotaging our progress. Lesson learned!
