HWC also give me satity and make fasting easy.
It does not happen with butter nor with fatty chunks of meat or any other food.
I also should mention that the first time I eat whipping cream I consumed more than 250 ml all of it with few cups of coffee and felt little strain in my heart area. But I am not sure if it were the coffee or the cream.
Also my TC and TG rocketed up .
my question what does it mean to feel energetic and sweating after HWC? knowing that I have no clue if I am in ketosis or fat adopted as I keep playing with my carbs at least one or two days a week up to 50 grams while staying within the 20 grams limit on the remaining days of the week for the last 6 weeks
