I’ve been stalled for quite sometime. I don’t think I’m eating to satiety enough. I usually eat 2MAD. Around 3 and again around 6. What are you eating and what quantities to get anywhere over 2000?
What does a 2500 calorie day look like?

HI, according to my tracker app I ate 2385 calories today. This is what I ate today. I had scrambled eggs with cream for bfast, a cup of tea with cream, lunch was a steak covered in butter with lettuce and avocado salad, another cup of tea with cream, Dinner was homemade rissoles and veggies doused in butter.

I could have went longer too
Prefer the shorter IF’s…to each there own
Oh well
So here a 2MAD for today as an example
16 or so NC
And…78% FAT!!..yummy🤣
