HEY…Maybe not perfect …carb/sugar, but it’s better than going way off the rails!..
I have Dove dark chocolate, peanuts, & almonds… it will satisfy me without the need to go get a decadent chocolate eclair! And if the emergency is such that I don’t have time to create a fat bomb etc.
Also a good cup of pepermint hot Cocoa, which is cream, stevia, unsweetened Cocoa powder & pepermint tea!

For me, almonds or cream cheese.
I also keep Demerara rum on hand, even though I’m not a drinker. Just a few drops or a spoonful in a cup of coffee, or in unsweetened or stevia-sweetened cocoa, is a real treat. (Jameson’s is also good.)
It’s funny because I passed these up at the grocery store today almost buying them, however if a chocolate has an almond in it, I have to eat more than one. That’s why I go for the little dark chocolate squares. Have you tried those?
Not stashed at home, but when I go out for a bunless burger: sweet potato fries!
I have tried just the plain dark. I like the little crunchy almond pieces a lot better tho. Plus the bag is purple
I love Cool Whip. It’s not terrible, only 2 carbs in a tablespoon. But who the hell can only eat one tablespoon of Cool Whip??!!!
It’s kind of like the people who say a quarter cup of ice cream won’t hurt you. Ever see one-quarter cup of ice cream? C’mon people. Let’s get real. A full pint of ice cream would just get me started.
Mostly its just raw or salted pecans and different varieties of real cheese.
Sometimes I add melted Swerve brown sugar, butter and almond/vanilla extracts to the pecans.
Yeah, I’m on to the jello thing!
I also somtimes mix plain yogert w/ crystal lite lemonade, taste like a lemon desert!
I keep bakers chocolate (100% chocolate) and sprinkle splenda on top but it’s not a stash for emergencies, unless every night 7 pm is an emergency.
