I felt the same way. I flew for the first time January of this year. It’s way less nerve racking than you would think. Also commercial planes hardly ever crash the amount flown to amount of crashes is crazy minimal crashes!

It’s not so much the flying that scares me, just the height. I think I’d be fine on a plane as long as I didn’t look out of the window, but never had any need to find out.
