Culling kitchen supplies. Found reason to hold onto popsicle molds, spring pan, and muffin tins. Any good reason to keep a bundt pan? What fun have you had with cookie cutters?

I will share this thrift store find… meatloaf!!

Muffin tin, rimmed half sheet pan, quarter sheet pan. Deep wide casserole/loaf type pan. Cooling rack

I find I get the most use out of the rimmed half sheet and the cooling rack.

I have a cast iron pot for sourdough, but that’s a very rare event.

Muffin top pans 2x, regular muffin pan, mini muffin pan, full baking sheet pan, cookie sheet pan, small bread pan (used to make pates now).

I use the muffin pans, all of them often. Almond buns in the muffin tops, grab and go egg muffins in both types of pans. Keto biscuits in the regular muffins, etc. The sheet pans get used for roasting veggies and nuts, as well as cooking meats on them.

Love the decorative pans above.

My new copper chef pans are fun. I treat them like cast iron. Rinse and wipe. Love parchment and also paper cups for microwave 90 second bread, or “poached” micro egg.

I donated my collection of cookie cutters but God help me, I keep almost all of my kitchen gadgets. Reason being is that I have found that although I don’t seem to use any of them, when I actually Need one, I’ve only just recently disposed of it! I swear, it never fails!

My favorite and most used pan is the USA Pan 6 well mini cake pan.

It works well to make stuff in single serving size such as breakfast casseroles/fritatas, individual pizzas, baked goods, jumbo cheese crackers, buns, burgers/meatloaf, ect.

Doesn’t sound like anyone’s using bundt pan or cookie cutters, so I am getting rid of those. My cupboards are looking better already.

I won a set of USA Pan bakeware… they are AMAZING. (but don’t take them over 450*F… not good for the coating). The bake set I described above is all USA Pan.

There’s tons of keto friendly deserts to be enjoyed. I’d keep all your desert pans and experiment with some new ingredients.
