I did 22 days in December. I’m impatient and have some excess fat to burn, like 40 pounds so I plan to fast as much as possible to get rid of it. I’ll fast until I either lose the weight or my will gives out.

I just made steaks for the family, cut off all the fat and ate that for dinner (and a bit of cauli-mash). Feasting in prep for a 72 hour fast this week. I love reading all these answers.

I love beef jerky but it can be so carby. I decided to cure my own. There is less than 12 carbs in my cure/brine. It’s going to be hard to wait!

How’d you get it do thin? What kind of meat did you use? I tried making some before Christmas but messed up the marinade. I want to try again.

Baking flax seed crackers, after cooking all day to have some staples for the next couple weeks: keto nut granola, LC blueberry cake and flax wraps.
