Agree with the above but also I’d add some calcium, maybe some vitamin D to ensure you are absorbing calcium well.

It’s easier to keep your magnesium and potassium in balance when you’re getting enough sodium, so work at increasing your salt intake. We excrete more sodium when we’re not eating a lot of carbohydrate.

Last night I had a can of tuna because I needed protien. I noticed it had 75percent magnesium

I have forgotten my Magnesium the past few days and am back to having leg cramps.
