I’m new here, but I have been consuming the 2ketodudes podcast like no tomorrow. Lots of great information on it. I was on the fence about going keto until I listened to their podcast.

They give you the science sources on how Keto works and the responses to the “negative” effects of Keto. They also give great incite on the process and how to get through the keto flu as painless as possible.
