So I get really bizarre pains like fat being ripped off my muscles as I lose weight. I know that sounds crazy, but that is the only way I can describe the feeling. It has been really noticeable on Keto, especially in my stomach, back and thighs. Even though the scale is not moving much and inches are coming off. I can see the shift in my body as I start this diet and have had this same pain in the past when I went low carb. I feel crazy when I describe it to my MD and she told me that nothing like that happens and I am just dehydrated…even though I drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and another 2 throughout the night.
I tried a google search about this and did not find anything. Does anyone else have pain like this or have I just lost my mind cutting out all carbs and sugar?
