lost 33lbs since mid June (4 months). 20lbs more to go. while this is intended and positive, I have been experiencing some anxiety issues lately, increased dreams etc. Prior keto my lifestyle wasn’t very healthy. various substances, junk food etc. I just wonder if the body stores all this junk in your fat cells, and while lose weight this makes you sick.
I do weight now 219lbs or so (200 target), and I don’t recall going that low for the last decade. I do various supplements like NAC+ACV, trace minerals etc, but I wonder if the body needs more help detoxing, and if there is some good way to test it (ND?).
Weight loss + toxins release + anxiety?
