I’ve been on a ketogenic lifestyle for a couple of months now and my weight loss has stalled for the last weeks.
I’ve tried to track my calories and i usually eat between 1100-1500, and my fat intake is around 70-90g…
It’s just like my body really wants to hold on this extra fat now.
In the beginning of my keto journey I was never hungry but as I started to lose fat my hunger came back and sometimes I don’t eat until I’m totally satisfied. Maybe it’s because my body feel suppressed and I need to up my calorie intake?
I only have around 10-15lbs to lose so maybe I need more calories?
