I am following Keto diet since last 20 days and I have reduce from 90.5kg to 85.9 Kg. So hace some questions on this

I this fat loss or muscle loss as well if muscles loss then how much fat loss in 5.kg ?

on Saturday morning my weight was 85.9Kg on Sunday I ate wheat and rice Paratha (Indian Bread) offcource my carbs increased a lot in entire day but I did not ate any sugar item expect half cup of coffee . However, weight has increased by 1kg today morning
So m just worried just eating few carbs showing me such bad result !? Or this is also Keto effect ? -
is jaggary powder can use instead of sugar for tea or coffee ?
Please help me and help me stay motivated as this weight gain loss confidence again…
