Hey All!!! 
So I’ve been committed to Keto for about 3 months give or take and have lost around 15lbs! Go Keto! I am loving the lifestyle and know how to correct my “mistakes” without them snowballing like in the past.
Any who - this morning I woke up nearly 3 lbs heavier!! I am baffled as I’ve been strict Keto and tracking all of my food.
Lastly, I’ve been getting constant migraines the past few days 
Any thoughts?!
