Last week i was on fire. so productive, i mean energy was non stop and i contributed that to doing IF for 4 days (18/6)…lost 3lbs and i felt just amazing… come Thursday night i couldn’t sleep…tossed and turned my mind was awake… i hadn’t even need to make my bulletproof coffee through the week cause i was trying to keep my IF as clean as possible… but Thursday something was up. I finally started to get sleepy at 3 am only to wake up at 7am friday and I was still racing. I wasn’t immediatly hungry so i just continued on my morning and towards 11am i had an avocado and made myself a bulletproof. Friday night I had some blackberries and HWC and 30 minutes after…I was yawning… fell asleep no problem. Saturday night did the same thing, with a lot more blackberries… but fell asleep with no problem…and btw Im still waking up with no hunger and plenty of energy…but going on the scale this morning I’m up 4lbs ;( … and feel it… not bloated or headache or achy just like i feel I’ve gained those lbs… not disappointed at all, this is all a very long learning curve but i feel with KETO Im still in control of the food i choose to eat… i know for sure before Keto i would NOT be eating blackberries as a coping food LOL so the cravings have changed, i honestly loath the smell of certain pastries at the supermarket because they now smell chemical like, i try to avoid that isle. On Tuesday during my eating window I went to an all day breakfast cafe and simply asked for 4 eggs, not fried in oil but more like steamed sunny side up and a side of ham. I started to eat and this woman comes up behind me as I’m shoving the egg in my mouth and says “you know, that many eggs can’t be good for you…”…I swear i just stared at her for a good minute before i burst out laughing…LOL who does that???.. and she continues that she can tell by my “size” that I’m not making the best eating choices… she sits down in her table… meanwhile i was still deciding whether to tell someone about this foodrassment LOL but i continued to enjoy my meal. those eggs were delicious. her order comes out and she has egg white, 3 pancakes, bacon, ham, hash browns. she asked the waitress for low fat syrup…haha… and margarine…butter is too fattening. And I’m down 60lbs…since August 17’…Ok lady. She’s right about one thing, I wasn’t eating right before.

I think I would have commented on the way out… you know all thst carbohydrate is giving you fatty liver, diabetes, and high cholesterol!
