Weakness

I’ve heard a few posts about weakness while fasting / eating Keto. I wanted to share a few things that may be helpful to you if you try them. First would be salt which many already seem to know. Salt water is extremely beneficial in Keto also adding salt to your meals is a must. Second would-be cayenne pepper if you add some to a drink in the morning, it will boost your core body temperature and give you more energy. also Ginger is extremely beneficial for giving energy and increasing core body temperature all while stimulating the metabolism to help you burn more fat and maintain energy.

Can’t wait to try this! I’ll add Cayenne to my salted coffee in the morning and ginger to my tea in the afternoon!

Found a ginger tumeric tea at TJ. Will add a little lemon and go for it.
