We need more backers for the streaming experience of Ketofest 2018

OK, most of us here have learned a ton, reached goals, and generally changed our lives and helped our health more than any Dr. we have ever worked with, so help make the streaming happen.

We can’t all go in person to CT. so do the next best thing. You know you want the Ketofest experience, so have it streaming into your home. I checked and so far 9 of us have contributed to the streaming level.

I have spent thousands of dollars on weight loss websites like WW, eDiets, etc. and none of them has done for me what the 2Dudes have done for me and my husband’s BS levels. If you are getting value from ketogenicforums, the podcasts, by them and others they produce like The Obesity Code and Keto Woman. Take this opportunity to give back. Heck they are throwing in a tee shirt as well as the streaming.

Here’s the short link to the Kickstarter campaign for KetoFest 2018

When you click the “Back this project” link, you’ll see the options, one of which will be for the streaming access. Here’s what you get with the live stream access option:
“This reward gives you access to the live stream during Ketofest Science Sunday, and possibly the cooking demos on Social Saturday if we can figure out the tech! You also get to download the Powerpoint slides. This reward also includes a T-shirt.”

I’m going, but I’d also like to stream the science Sunday talks that I wasn’t able to see in person after the event. Will my Kickstarter pledge cover this or do I need to make an additional pledge to get the streaming?

Listen to this week’s 2KetoDudes podcast, they address that. They are hopeful of setting it up so that there are 2 Science Sunday tracks, one for science / medical pro’s and one for practical applications, and attendees could watch afterwards to see either what they missed, or watch again.

I was so happy when I saw this streaming reward offered and signed up straight away. I’ll be a few weeks off from giving birth in Australia so I can’t think of anything better than resting my feet for the day and absorbing lots of great info from the wonderful speakers that are going to be awesome for sure.

Well they made it with a couple of days to spare.

41 signed up for streaming, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH. The VIP and 2 day passes had more, but this is the first time you can stream all the fun and SCIENCE.

Big thanks to all who signed up for the streaming service. I am sooooo excited to be able to watch it this way.

did I miss an email for the Ketofest streaming? not seeing anything in my inbox! I didn’t think I’d be able to watch during the day while at work, but would like to check it out tonight and over the weekend if they’re streaming. (I did purchase a streaming ticket!)

Streaming will be one Science Sunday. I got an email last night about the streaming. They asked we not forward to anyone. So I will tag @carl and @richard and @admins since it is a very busy time for everyone, and hopefully they can contact you about the information as well.

Did you check your spam folder as well? Just incase, sometimes real eamils ends up in those.

I got a welcome email on the 18th about ketofest, with mention that we’d be getting an email for streaming, but not seeing any other email, but I’ll double check. Same day about the same time there was also a “ticket” email (mine says streaming).

I didn’t realize streaming was only sunday, so I misunderstood that… mostly I just wanted to support the cause, so I’ll take what I can get! And hopefully we’ll get quicker access to the session videos.

Honestly I don’t know how Carl’s doing it with a regular job too!

There was an email with the links and the schedule included. Hopefully an admin or one of the dudes will see the signal I sent out to them soon.

The Everbright ticket just kind of confused me. Was relieved to get the links yesterday. I can hardly stand the wait. I’m fasting and looking forward to binge watching the ketofest presentations Sunday.

Aw man, I wish I had been a) doing keto back in March 2) known about Ketofest 3) known about the kickstarter campaign, 'cause I DEFINITELY would have backed it. I’m glad it got funded but sad I cant access the streaming. :frowning:

Will the video of the streaming be available after the event?

The letter says:
When will the videos appear on YouTube to the public?
We plan to release them one per month to the general public.

I think you can still get a ticket for streaming, ($125 now) you should check on Event Brite if you want to get the info faster. Or you can wait and gett’em for free. Gotta love the Dudes for that!!!
