Water fast... And keto?

hello I am in a water fast for three days, my plan was to follow it for another two or three days and then go on a fast of low-sugar fruit and vegetable juices, then a raw vegan diet, then a vegetarian diet and then “normal”, however I just realized that after the third day (exactly now) I would be entering ketosis and since I have never done the keto diet it always seemed difficult to me, I thought maybe it was a better way to continue since it would continue in ketosis What would be the type of keto diet they recommend? I am new to this but I will no longer (I believe) abstain from sugar … my goals with fasting are to heal skin complaints, lose weight and improve overall health.

Anything would be better than that juice up (or vegan diet ymmv). Keto approved foods favor fats (animal fats, fruit oils, some dairy if you can handle it, some nuts), and proteins (any meat). You can have some low-carb vegetables on the diet. The general rule is to keep net carbs below 20g net a day, get adequate protein, and eat fat to satiety. That’s it.
