Wanted to say thank you

Most of my posts are questions and concerns and this time I wanted to say thanks for the answers and support it has really helped me. I started keto purely from a wanting energy to be a better dad and husband and to last longer in life. Getting rid of fat and joint pain is an added bonus (not fully gone yet). But I tried to keto reddit and left there quickly after getting banned from my own post due to a question about liver disease. Needless to say I wont be back there. Anyway thanks again!

Progress Update: Started 7 weeks ago at 255 or 260 not sure Haha. I’m now 227 haven’t been this light since I was 20. Down to size 34 pants which again havent had since I was 20. Digestion is finally somewhat balancing out. Issues but alot better. I dont feel like a superman I still get tired and sore but I’ve found i have more steady energy. Still want foods like pizza and chips i dont think that will ever go away. I’m learning alot bjt thr number one thing…my willpower has increased I finally am not a slave to food and its quite amazing! I love that I can not put food first in my day and I love that I can have a cheat day and not have any issues getting back on the horse.
