For some reason this article irked me. No mention of what people were eating. It came off as a very blanket observation without regard to some seemingly important variables.

Sadly this is one of the places people get their news and likely take it for science.

I can’t remember the last time I ate a breakfast first thing in the morning.

I must be doomed…
