Wah Wah Wah

My first stall. I only weigh once every one or two weeks. Today, I was up three pounds. And I know why. Election stress had me eating late at night (my old nemesis). Previously, I was IF every day. So… today was my first full day of fasting, to get a kick start. Green tea, coffee, and supplements. Zero hunger. ANd tomorrow? Fiddle di dee. Tomorrow is another day. Going with the flow. I got this!

You are fineeee, Robin. I have had over 2 months of no weight loss and even then changes were happening to my body. The important thing is you are totally doing great getting back on track, you got this!!

Back in the flow. Actually enjoyed the two day fast. I could have easily gone another. But My question about that is what about exercise. I enjoy an hour on my rowing machine every night. Can you fast and also burn calories via exercise? Is that goin too far? Asking for next time. I did lose 5 in the two day fast, and went carnivore today, zero carbs, and got back on the rower… which I missed more than food.
